Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—I meet you where you are and work with you to create lasting, meaningful change. This is your space to feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with experience in schools, hospitals, and the private sector. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy approaches in my practice.
