About

Tammie Shelton

Reaching out for support takes courage, and you're not alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—I meet you where you are and work with you to create lasting, meaningful change. This is your space to feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with experience in schools, hospitals, and the private sector. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy approaches in my practice.  I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a therapy designed to eliminate symptoms in 1-5 sessions.  For more information, click here.

About

Rachel Honeycutt - Student Intern

Rachel brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Rachel is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy and curiosity. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their stories, identify meaningful goals, and support their personal growth.

Rachel is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, but she welcomes clients of all ages with openness and care. She is eager to gain experience working with individuals across all ages and values the opportunity to learn from each unique perspective. Believing that therapy should feel both safe and empowering, she tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Rachel is committed to walking alongside clients with warmth, respect, and encouragement—wherever they are in their journey.

Personal interests:
Outside of the therapy room, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband, attending sporting events, and hosting gatherings for friends and family. She finds joy in the little things—like curling up with a good book or chasing laughter with her energetic 3-year-old nephew. These everyday moments fuel her appreciation for connection, playfulness, and balance, which she brings into her work with clients.
